These terms cover your use of the uaCloud platform and the uaCloud mobile app, provided by Universal Automotive Platform Pte. Ltd. ("uaPlatform", "we"). By using the app, you agree to them.

Using the app

The uaCloud mobile app works with a uaCloud account that your organization provides. Use it only for your organization's own vehicles and only in the way your organization authorizes. Features shown to you depend on the access your organization's administrators grant.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: do not attempt to access data that is not yours, disrupt or overload the service, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it to break any applicable law. Keep your sign-in credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.

Availability and changes

The service is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and features may change over time. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the app.
