Write to hello@uaplatform.com with your question and, if it helps, the vehicle or screen you were on. We usually reply within two business days.

Account and access

Your account comes with the vehicle. Once a vehicle is connected to uaCloud, whoever drives it can sign in and see it - a private owner with one car just as much as a driver at a company with a hundred vans. If the vehicle you drive is not connected yet, write to hello@uaplatform.com and we will connect it, one car as readily as a hundred. Where several people share a set of vehicles, whoever looks after them can decide what each person sees, so ask them for a password reset or a change to your access.
