LEAD TIME

Ships within 30 days of payment, tracking number by email. If a batch slips we tell you before day 30 and you can cancel for a full refund.

SHIPPING

Worldwide, tracked, included in the price. Import duties and VAT at the destination are the recipient's.

RETURNS

Buying as a consumer, you can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Send it back resellable and cover the return postage.

WARRANTY

12 months. We repair or replace and pay postage both ways. Reversed polarity, bus over-voltage and modified enclosures are not covered.

SUBSCRIPTION

Year one is in the price, then $79/year. Let it lapse and the adapter still runs with open-source tools - we do not brick hardware we sold.
